On your treatment day, any remaining teeth that need removal are extracted, dental implants are placed, and a customized fixed temporary restoration is attached the same day—within 24 hours.
These temporary teeth are secured to your implants, so you leave with a smile that stays in place rather than a removable denture.
How Does One-Day Implant Dentistry Work?
Your journey starts with a consultation and digital planning before the treatment day. Dr. Giurgiu assesses your oral health and bone support to determine whether same-day teeth are suitable for you.
On the planned day, our team places your implants and works with Dental Lab Miami, a family-owned digital dental laboratory, to prepare your temporary smile. Digital scanning and photogrammetry help record the implant positions for your customized restoration.
Your implants and fixed temporary teeth can be delivered in one day. Healing continues afterward, and your final restoration is made once your implants and gums are ready. During healing, you’ll follow a soft-food diet and personalized care instructions.
Same-day fixed teeth depend on sufficient implant stability and your individual clinical needs.

Payment for treatment is due at the time of service; otherwise, regular fees apply. When paying through CareCredit, the treatment discount is 10%.
